Karnataka: ACB raids several civic officials in disproportionate assets cases


 Karnataka: ACB strikes a few community authorities in unbalanced resources cases 


Karnataka Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) on Tuesday assaulted the home and workplaces of a few community authorities in the state regarding lopsided resources cases. 


Unbalanced resource cases were enlisted in Bengaluru city, Bellary, Kolar, Dharwad, Dakshina Kannada, Chitradurga, and Kalaburagi locale against seven government workers. 


Mangaluru City Corporation (MCC) town arranging joint chief K V Jayaraj is asserted to have amassed abundance lopsided to his pay in Mangaluru and Kerala, ACB sources said. 


Different officials whose properties were assaulted are Devraj Kallesh, Minor Irrigation office, Shiggavi, Dharwad; Pandurang Garag, joint recorder, cooperatives, Malleshwaram, Bengaluru; Dr S N Vijaykumar, DHO, Kolar; Dr Srinivas, HOD, Pharmacology, KIMS, Koppal; Channabasappa Avati, JE, PWD, Magadi region, and Srinivas, ACF, Dharwad. 


The inquiries have started in 30 puts under the oversight of ACB SPs, the sources said.
