Addressing correspondents in the state capital, Tejashwi considered Nitish a 'drained' man who can't lead the public authority.

Rupesh Kumar, 40, who was exployed as station mamager with IndiGo, was shot on numerous occasions outside his loft in Punaichak region on Tuesday night.
