India ka number kab ayegaa: Rahul Gandhi questions PM Modi on COVID-19 vaccine

 New Delhi, Dec 23: In a new turn of events, Congress pioneer Rahul Gandhi on Wednesday said 23 lakh individuals on the planet had just gotten the COVID-19 antibody and asked Prime Minister Narendra Modi when India's turn would come. 

Taking to Twitter, the previous Congress president shared a 'Coronavirus inoculations' graph indicating China ahead followed by the United States, United Kingdom and Russia.

Rahul Gandhi additionally tweeted that 23 lakh individuals have just gotten COVID-19 inoculations and added, "China, US, UK, Russia have started...India ka number kab ayegaa, Modi ji?" 

As per reports, India is yet to favor an immunization for COVID-19. Pfizer, Bharat Biotech and Serum Institute of India have applied to the Drugs Controller General of India (DCGI) for a permit for crisis use authorisation of their antibodies in India. 

Covid cases: India records 23,950 new COVID-19 contaminations in 24 hours 

On Wednesday, Union wellbeing service said that India recorded 23,950 new COVID-19 cases, taking the absolute count to 10,099,066. On Tuesday, the 24-hour count came to the least with just 19,556 cases recorded on Monday. 

The quantity of dynamic cases has dipped under 2 lakh and is currently at 1,89,240
