Hathras case: CBI files charge sheet against all 4 accused, says victim was gang raped

 New Delhi: The CBI on Friday documented its charge sheet against four denounced in the asserted gangrape and murder instance of a 19-year-old Dalit lady in Hathras, authorities said. The CBI in its charge sheet purportedly said the Dalit young lady was gangraped by the blamed. 

The CBI conjured charges of gangrape and murder against Sandeep, Luvkush, Ravi and Ramu and the nearby court in Hathras has taken cognisance, legal counselor for the blamed said. 

The CBI has documented the charge sheet in the SC/ST court, as indicated by a report in News18 on the web. The CBI has conjured SC/ST Atrocities Act; Section 376 D (assault), Section 302 (murder), and Sections 354 and 376 A. 

The casualty was supposedly assaulted by four upper-standing men in Hathras on September 14. She passed on September 29 at Delhi's Safdarjung Hospital during treatment. 

The casualty was strongly incinerated by UP Police in the dead of the night close to her home on September 30. The casualty's family affirmed they were constrained by the nearby police to swiftly direct her last rituals. Notwithstanding, the neighborhood police authorities asserted the incineration was done "according to the desires of the family". 

The CBI has investigated the function of charged Sandeep, Luvkush, Ravi and Ramu who are presently in legal authority, authorities said.
