BofA leases 4 lakh sq ft office space in GIFT City: Report


 Bank of America (BofA) has rented almost 4 lakh sq ft of office space from the Savvy Group in Gujarat International Finance Tec-City (GIFT City) for a very long time. 


The tenant contract was executed through BA Continuum India, Bank of America's India auxiliary, and incorporates a reset proviso after at regular intervals, The Economic Times revealed.

Bank of America had not yet reacted when reached by The Economic Times. Insightful Group executive Jaxay Shah declined to remark 


"The exchange has been affirmed by the SEZ authority and was inked a week ago. This is the quickest and greatest extension choice by the bank during the pandemic," a source told the paper.
